Scarce title. Light wear, fading and minor rub through to covers and spine as shown. Covers are firm and book is structurally sound with a slight forward tilt. All 9 plates are present. Old ink notes from 1894 are present on both the half title and title pages as shown. The fountain pen ink must have been pretty thick as it left a bit of bleed through back in 1894! Pages are otherwise very clean with only subtle age marking. I noticed one loose page. Very good condition overall. Please study photos to further understand condition.
